The details

A festival-day pattu pavadai in soft art silk with a half-inch zari border, cut with a gathered skirt so the flare sits properly when she spins at golu. The blouse closes with a back hook-and-eye and the dupatta arrives pre-pleated, so dressing takes a minute, not twenty.
